About Bíbélì Yorùbá Project
Bíbélì Yorùbá Project is a website that was created by Abraham Adeyemi, the Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church Akure for making Bíbélì Yorùbá audio by Rev. Ajayi Crowther accessible to so many people.
We have been working on this project since the mid of 2021 with men of like faith who are also passionate about getting the word of God into the homes of people out there.
It is going to be our joy that every home has access to the good word of God that they can trust and for them to increase in the knowledge of Christ.
And we believe that the translation of Rev. Ajayi Crowther was done perfectly even though there have been people who found fault in this translation.
We hope that the Lord will use this audio to point many to the saving knowledge of Christ and also their Spiritual walk with Christ will blossom more and more.
One of the reasons why I embark on this journey of making an audio bible is due to the high level of illiteracy in the area of my service.
Bíbélì Yorùbá Audio Project is still ongoing work, and we will surely need more help in this endeavor.
Many people cannot read and write, and if these people are going to grow in the Lord, they must not depend on what they are getting on Sunday alone, they need to be able to spend time in the Word of God.
That is why we decided to create something that they can listen to every day. Bíbélì Yorùbá Project is going to be a blessing to every home.
